The Foundation has been formed pursuant to the Memorandum of
Association under the Societies. Registration Act, 1860 ( XXI of
1860 ) for the
Advancement of Engineering Sciences and .Advanced .Technologies
and related Research and Development for the prosperity and
well being of Pakistan
and
its people.

Patron-in-Chief: The Prime
Minister of Pakistan shall be the Patron-in-Chief of the
Foundation.

| a) |
The registered office of
the Foundation shall be situated at Islamabad. Its other
offices and establishments
may be located anywhere in Pakistan, as may be decided by the
Board.

| b) |
The
registered office of the Foundation is presently located at
19, 9th Avenue F-8/1 Islamabad.
|

| 4. |
The main objective of the Foundation is to
spread technical education of the highest standard at all
levels. |
